Background

Cathy has been a WW Parent for 6 years now, and has two sons playing for the club. She became Child Welfare Officer in 2008. Her husband is Steve Wakeling who is the current Assistant Manager with the Under 10's.

Duties

Cathy deals with all child protection details with the club. It is her job to make sure all managers and helpers have completed CRB checks and are aware of procedures set down by the FA. She is also a point of contact for parents and managers on any matters relating to children.
